U11 Girls impress against Brandeston

The U11A team scored in the first minute when a superb defence-splitting pass from Sally put Hettie in on goal and she scored with a well placed strike. Although Brandeston equalised in the second half, there was still time for Hettie to break through and score her second goal to give Barnardiston victory (2-1). Once again, goalkeeper Ellie impressed and defenders Fleur and Lillie defended tenaciously. Overall, the girls produced an excellent display of competitive hockey.

 

The U11B team also produced a splendid result when drawing with the Brandeston girls (1-1), our goal being scored by Grace.
